I listed my PS2 with some accessories and 24 games on Ebay, starting price of $50 and a BIN of $125. I check my email, and it's already sold for the BIN, sweet took less then 12 hours. I also have an email from the seller:

"Greetings to you.I am Mr David XXXX from Brookyln,NY .I'm contacting you concerning your item on Ebay which i eventually became the winning bidder for your item.Morever i'm presently serving our beloved nation here in Ca with the United Nation and i intend sending this item to my GrandSon as suprise gift who works with the American Embassy in Lagos,Nigeria as a consular.I will be making my payment to you via PayPal and calculate how much it will take you in sending this item to him in Lagos Nigeria and add it to the cost of the item okay.

,So get the package ready for immediate shipment for next day shipment okay?and don't forget to send me your PayPal Email Address so i can immediately make out my payment.Plz i want the item to be shipped via EMS Speed Post or USPS Global Express.Mail me back it's urgent.

Regards"

I told him I only ship to the US, and he'd have known this if he paid any attention to the auction. Instead, I have to relist it, because this guy is a complete toolbag.

This is legit and the OP just thinks he is too good to ship to Nigeria.

I have a PS2 and if the OP gives me the buyers email i will ship to Nigeria.

i also hate the dipshits who leave crappy feedback. i clearly stated what came with the components, and pictured everything that came with them, and the buyer says "would've been nice if he would've told me there were no grills" i even told him that in e-mail.

It is a scam. He is stating the shipping company that he wants you to use. He'll claim that the item was never received and get his money back from Paypal. You'll be out of your item and your money.

dont ship ur shit....what they will do is like send u a check (that looks legit as hell)....the same thing has happened to me...i mean they send the shit in the mail....i took it to the bank and told them to clear and see if its real.....then the bank took it to teh cops.....tell ebay about the situation and they will give u ur fees back...

x2...First of all he wants you to send it to NIGERIA. Then he wants you to send it to SOMEONE ELSE. Third he works for the UNITED NATIONS, but can't spell PLEASE and says PLZ? If he were truly a professional, he wouldn't be typing like that, and it would have better grammar. His method of trying to be all political, trying to use fancy words, trying to make it seem like a good cause raises a bright red flag of this guy being a scammer.
