I drive like a woman...

Id just put some money under the windshield wiper and bounce.
or with the truck you have, run over the whole car. then bounce.
Funny you say that, my first thought was "Oh SHIT I hit a car"

My second thought..."Maybe if I give it some more gas I can drive over it" //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

they'll have your insurance fix everything on the car that was bashed before you hit it...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif also the car doesn't look to be worth over $500 in the first place //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif
Thats what I'm afraid of man, he's going to take it in for an estimate and claim all kinds of damage that was pre-existing. I can't afford it all out of pocket so it will probably have to go to insurance.

x2

With this under the wiper he'd forgave you after a run to the liquor store.....and considered it his lucky day //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/greedy.gif.5a53e6246569d7ab79867170f3b06629.gif

Today I was parking in a parking stall between two vehicles got a little close to the van beside me and we bumped mirrors. The mirror was bent back a little but I didnt stick around to see if anything else was damaged //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Probably will work it out with the dood if it is a POS ride in the first place.

I remember about 5 years ago I hit a guy in rear (Have fun with that one, lol!) and cracked his bumper pretty bad. Hell I was going maybe 5mph and just not paying attention. So we pulll over and he tells me not to worry about it and he is in a hurray to get some where. I couldn't believe it, I mean I probably did like close to 700-1000 worth of damage and all I did was crack my license plate cover and a couple small dents I pulled out myslelf, lol! I got lucky that day. I believe he was going on a crack run...........had to be it.

The bad part was there was a group of girls that saw it happen and they told me to haul *** and they wouldn't say anything //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif
I left a note with my info and have been in contact with the dood.
Doesn't surprise me at all.. That is most likely exactly what those *****es would have done.

hahahahaha you hit the biggest POS in the lot!! Id be suprised if they called you.. Id offer to buy a new turn signal (from junk yard) and call it even. If you would have cleaned up the mess, they prolly would have never noticed a thing //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

First generation taurus FTW! I have one of those.

I've done a similar repair to my car before. At a junkyard you can get all of the necessary replacement parts for under $100, and it shouldn't take a mechanic more than an hour to replace everything.

That car is worth no more than $500. Mine is in pristine shape with less than 100K on the engine and transmission, and I doubt I could get $1,000 for it.
