Get more sleep, start eating better, and hit the gym a couple of times a week (not just weights, you need cardio too). You're way too young to be feeling so old.

i will be getting to the gym more often. i used to have a 7% bf. i'll try and get back to that. i dont have a whole lot of time to goto the gym though. and usually when i'm eating its just something thats quick. once i get insurance again i'll head to the doctor. i still dont like it.Dude get to the friggin gym or something. I turned 20 not too long ago and I'm in the best shape of my life and I feel great. I was expecting someone to complain about turning 30 something or maybe even 40. Are you serious? lol
