If you buy a new car the best thing to do is to get the best warranty you can from the manufacturer. Obviously you are not so IMO i wouldnt pay for shit. It will not cover anything. You really need to look at the contract better. People get so pissed when they think that their car is gonna get fixed for free and then they have to pay for $200 worth of fluids and it only pays like $50 an hour for labor and the shop charges $100 an hour. The money they spent on a warranty is ****en wasted.

The warranties for certied pre-owned seem to be worth it. And that warranty is "built" into the price though.

i have a 12 month 12,000 mile covarge for any major issue, thats fluid based.

my mom comes to me and goes her friend chris wants to talk to u i go out side and he is a smart man and he is good with money and goes Joe u need to take that 1,400 and dont b a di ck and save it. cuz there gona have hidden fees etc. i think im gona save the money its just that covarge to 30,000 miles sounds great

my pops just bought an 08 wrangler, well a year ago. But i made him buy a chrysler service contract. He has the lifetime powertrain warranty but it also has lifetime oil changes. Yea when you add it up its way overpriced but all his maintence is paid for so there is no question about warranty issues.

I still don't understand why people think they deserve a vacation. If you have doubts about the reliability of your auto, you should save the money and self-insure.
