I'm already trying to use the proper "american" word for your school system. We call the elementary school "école primaire". which can be traducted by primary school

You might as well just go ahead and do the whole box. I think. It's going to be a pita getting a port with a reasonable amount of area in that box(the 68 degrees makes things a little harder)......if you don't I might.
L shaped port would be ok?I just need him to sacrifice more trunk space.

The port is 1 1/2" wide, I forgot that on the picture.

I was just about to say that we can use up to 18 inch for the bottom plate. You read in my mind dude //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

So 12x25 for the top sheet and the port 1 1/2 wide? isn't it a little small?

thanks a lot sir,

i was going to make a smart *** remark about is grammar/spelling, but then i saw he was from canada so ill cut him slack
anyways, good luck with build dude!
I'm doing my best dude. Btw, i'm not only a retarted canadian... more like a french guy whos trying to talk/write with the X number of english words i know. My sentence might be off sometime, french and english got so little in common.

It seems like i'm being understood anyway, so that's great //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Is this what you're asking for?

Using your end dimensions, I made this drawing and get this internal end area:

View attachment 26512063

Multiply the 154.05 internal end area by the internal length of 23.5" (25-0.75-0.75) = 3,620.175 cubic inches or 2.095 cubic feet ... and that's with no volume removed for the port.

v2:

Multiply the 181.05 internal end area by the internal length of 23.5" (25-0.75-0.75) = 4,254.675 cubic inches or 2.462 cubic feet ... again with no volume removed for the port.

thanks a lot sir,
It's 20" of port area. Should be fine for 1 12". If I did it any bigger the box wouldn't fit in the dimensions.
