I honestly think it is a mistake. Look at the company. 15,740 feedback 99.6% positive? I think you jumped the gun on this one. I bet something happened and they are going to make it right.

Although, they would have most likely done something extra for you if you wouldn't have went from happy customer to calling them scammers in .2 seconds.

Crazy shit happens man. Seriously. Don't think I am flaming you because I know how shitty it is to really be excited to get something and it arrives destroyed. But they could have low paid labor, shipping could have done it, so many different things could happen. I'm betting they make it right.

If I were you, I would take the high road. Call them (pretty sure I saw a number on there) or just send another email and say that you apologize for you quick and harsh reaction, explain what happened and what you have and just ask what the process for returning and getting this right would be.

I'd definitely be upset, but as with everything in life, you should not be have so unprofessional in your email to them. Be grammatically correct and polite; it shows them you're not just some punk kid, which automatically effects how the respond to you.
