i go on ebay and order a 15" powerbasE sub that is supposed to be BNIB
i get to my aunts house, first off the box looked kind of small. but ok.
i open it to see that only 1 side has only a handfull of packing peanuts.
and the box the sub was in was destroyed.
now it clearly stated in the ad that it was powerbasE, the picture of the sub and the box both said powerbasE

notice it clearly says powerbasE.
so i open it to find out it is powerBass. so i figured they ran out of the right box. (what are the odds of that?)
so i open the sub box to see it in its plastic wrapping and to see the inside of the box all ripped up also.
take off the packaging and the sub also says powerbass.
now i probably wouldnt have cared if it was powerbass, but this was not brand new in box as stated.
the magnet was scuffed
the basket was scuffed.
i dont know how this happened but the bottom of the cone was a small scuff.
and the top of the cone looked like somebody dropped a screw driver on it.
and there were finger prints and sawdust on it as well.
here is what i sent to the company.
yea i ordered this over a week ago and what i received is a piece of ****.
the listing says brand new in box.
i opened the box 5 minutes ago and the bottom of the motor is scratched, the basket has scuffs, the underside of the cone is scuffed and the top of the cone has a deep scratch.
the listing was for a 15" powerbasE and that is what it says on the box in picture. which is a good quality item.
what i received and what was not listed was a 15" used powerbasS subwoofer. and dont try and tell me it is the same product cause it is not.
and the shipping was disgusting.
a box that barely fit and only 1 side had a handful of packing peanuts.

looked like you guys were a good company.
if you are, you will contact me asap and refund my $53 dollars. plus send me the $15 or so dollars to send this piece of **** back to you.
