i can hear my eardrum..

or something like that.. when i shake my head bacc n forth kinda vigorously i can hear something moving in my right ear as if its my eardrum or something.. at the same time, my right ear seems to be a little deaf as if the eardrum is bloccing the passage or is clogged with something.. its really annoying.. ive lost some hearing in my left ear from not wearing ear plugs at the shooting range.. and now im afraid something is wrong with my right ear.. it doesnt feel like my left ear did when i started to go deaf in it.. but its annoying and im hoping you guys might know whats going on in my right ear.. helllllppppp!! am i describing symptoms of an ear infection or anything natural or did i damage my eardrum?
