Ok, go to this link and choose your model from the drop down list. Then identify what version it is and check to see if there are any firmware updates for it. It is not a difficult process to do this and it may solve your problem.

ok um question. It has four ports and a WAN port. I am not using the WAN port because a friend(parents run own internets called GETNET) said not to use that. So I have from the dsl modem into slot 1, my comp clot 2, and fiancee comp slot 3 the others are wireless. When I pull up the network I dont see the router this way. I have before. could this be the problem also?
