i'm currently on a goverment computer and have had issues resolved with the intranet help desk by having them remotely connect onto our computers with netmeeting. All of the computers brought back to Best Buy are fixed this way - they hook your computer up to the internet and it's remotely repaired by some guy in India. At least this way if something is up with your computer, we have (had) an impressive people-tracking team.
I was just referencing the fact that this is a common practice; not trying to imply anywhere about where you live, but just saying that people trust Best Buy and big companies like that without a second thought when their computer is being fixed/diagnosed the exact same way.lol AGENT JONNY UTAH FOR THE LOSE.
I'm not in india I am in centreville, MD
Yay someone that is not a retard //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gifYou guys are retards. You still have primary control over your computers. If he was to hack and get away with it, that would be your own **** faults.
Can you fix my internets? I get disconnected every 20 min, I have Quest DSL. I tried to reset everything and even reloaded my computer by it still does that. I am open to suggestions.
BTW i am not at home.
