Haha, yeah those cutouts sucked. I added another front baffle. The box looks 100 times better, and the cutouts are actually round. Pics coming soon.

That port is HUGE! haha! if the cops are ever lookin for ya, you could hide in there?? or a good place to stash a 6-pack...well, NOT exactly.

anyway, i assume its MUCH better to cut out the holes for the subs AFTER you already secured the top piece in place?? or BEFORE you put the box together??

add lots of resin/mat to the interior.

when u say "mat" do u mean, put like "sound deadening" stuff in there? sorry if its stupid question!
