I am very very confused...amp ohms and sub ohms

Can alpine mrp f550 run these subwoofers RWE-302 - MB Quart 12" 1000 Watt Reference Series Subwoofer

the sub's Impedance: dual 2 ohms

i am very confused with dual 4ohms and dual 2ohms and stuff.

someone help me please, my tiny brain about to explode

AMP is:

•250 watts RMS x 2 bridged output at 4 ohms (4-ohm stable in bridged mode)

I want to know if it is possible to run the above linked two MB quart subs. two RWE-302 - MB Quart 12

The subs will run at 8ohms or 2ohms. Not 4ohms. So you will either shut the amp down with a 2ohm load or get half power with a 8ohm load.
