raam mat is better priced so is b quiets extreme and yes its worth it and if you can disassemble,clean ,cut and apply it why not do it? do good take an afternoon do awesome a couple a days .........under hood, trunk, floors and doors

I found the b-quiet extreme to be far easier to install than Dynamat regular, and a bit easier than Dyname extreme, due in part, I'm sure, to it's thinner structure. Although, I doubt, due to this thinner structure, it is less effective than the Dynamat Extreme. You can layer it for the desired effect, though.

I agree with every one above. OFC is much better. Copper is a much better conductor than aluminum.
