I Am Done With Ebay!!

Fucking egay can **** my left nut! I got an email today from ebay saying someone opened an account using an anonymous email domain (hotmail, yahoo, etc) using my credit card. I checked my bank statement today (was going to pay some bills) and low and behold i see a pre-authorization for western union for $981 on my account putting me in the negative pretty bad. All this happened today!! I called western union and they said IT WAS GOING TO THE COUNTRY OF LITHUANIA!!!! So i told the lady what happened and she put a block on it (luckily it was pending til tuesday) so it ain't goin thru. I call my bank and report my card "stolen" tho i still have it. So now i won't have a card for another 2-3 weeks which means i have no means of money for lunch and gas for work for 2 weeks. fucking ghey. I also reported it to ebay using their contact us link but i don't know if it'll do anything. Sad thing is i just deposited my paycheck yesterday. This is the second card that's been stolen. i've done 4 transactions in the past couple weeks on ebay which i haven't used in a long time. I had a suspicious seller who just deleted his account shortly after i bought a dvd from him WHICH HAPPENED TO BE A BURNED DVD (copyright infringement and distrubition/resale without permission). and he had me use google checkout. never again. ever. i'm done with egay.

yeah it's effing ghey. and any cash i do have is usually gone in 2 days as i hate withdrawing money and i don't like keeping more than 20 on me. so all i use is my debit card.

i am lucky that i didn't get screwed out of almost $1000. they really can burn in hell. and they have our home phone number too. i'm royally screwed if they have my ssn.

depending on what info they have, they could have already applied for several other credit cards w/your info.

i'd suggest getting some kind of credit check/monitoring, right away!

Happened to me a while back when Visa's server got hacked. Got ~500 bucks charged to the Dominican Republic. I caught it in time to get it stopped, but man it was a pain to get everything taken care of. Best of luck to ya

well i have money. the fucker ain't gettin a dime. it's just i can't withdraw from an atm or at the checkout lanes at my work for 2-3 weeks til i get my new card in. i gotta go in monday morning and apply for a new card. my mom work's at the bank so she's alot better with all this. thing is i've already done my credit report for this year back before the summer iirc. 2nd card i've had to cancel due to information theft. oh and next year the bank is going to mastercard instead of visa (which i currently have). effing gheyer.
