So which DC do you really need for 1500 daily? How would it sound for music?

I have a SDC2.5 on 950 (2 ohms), and want to run 1500 at 1 on a 10. I'm thinking HDC, but want better SQ than the SDC and have been thinking DD 3510. How much would a DC lvl 4 cost compared to a HDC or 3510?

I had a DC Level 4 15" D2 in 4.5 net cubes tuned at 32Hz on 1400@1. It was very musical and got nasty low and was loud as shit. Very nice woofers and are a great deal under rated. Im pretty sure DC holds the world record for single loudest sub setup. 177DB with a single 15" sub.

From what I have got out of rusty, it's a plugged pole piece, tighter gap, and much stronger motor, but they are more of a burp only sub.

His is considered an extreme vehicle becuase of the bracing for his roof, has he rebuilt it lately? I know when he was shoeing me it at finals two years ago it was doing low 160 runs, I know clay's getting close to that 163 mark too.
