That is your opinion. Fact is Cadence holds the record for loudest 2 subwoofer setup. 168.3 dB. I wanna see a pair of DC subs put out that much. Cadence > DC

God, Mr. Cadence just doesn't get it does he? If someone were to attempt to beat the dual 12 record with any brand such as DC, DD, etc. with the funding that Cadence got/used, there would be no comparison...I can't wait to see Thorshammer smash that 16xdb score those cadence 12's did with two 10's.

On a separate subject, I'm also interested on price estimates. Can anyone throw out some prices, not exact but a rough estimate? DC seems to be taking over caraudio.com, kind of like the MB Quart Discus amps did/are doing. If I didn't have such a kickass sub, I would HIGHLY consider DC. I love everything about them, wish I could hear one to further my liking

yea and the world record is a 1 second burp also. NO ONE can bassrace 180 dude

There is a few extreme cars that can deathmatch pretty close to that, 5 minutes straight on a tone, other then that the loudest bass race run was around a 163 if I remember correctly.

dc is amzing woofers. ive owned the 4xl level 5 and now the level 6 (not out yet). but they all take over rated power and sound VERY clean. id say 4xl is the best overal woofer out. level 5 is more for spl. they can take daily but they love 40 htz and above on about 10k for burps or more. 4xls on the other hand can take like 2k to 3k daily and sound great doing it

you forgot the spl version xl/lvl5 I have seen floating around too.. those are beastly looking.

Though I did see you mention the spl version lvl5 I think in a later post :/ oh wells.

yep. theres a trunk car doing 155.3 with 1 spl level 5 18 right out the box on 1 hifonics sampson.

You're thinking street beat, different then bassrace. One is door open on the floor and the other is legal, Bob Perillo is the only person who's ever done a 163 in a non-extreme car.

I know perillo's old van in streetbeat came out of the gate at close to a 166-167 at usaci finals last year before his amps started blowing up, that van is truly evil.

I really need some better amps lol.. i'm running a single proto 2000w+ @1 ohm amp right now.. Maybe after I get some money :/... i'll make the leap from loving lvl2s to a higher lvl.. lol
