You guys are idiots. 550 or 750 milligrams means the amount of Acetaminophen (aka Tylenol) thats in it. Look at the little number before it. For example 5/500 or 10/750. The first number is how many milligrams of hydrocodone is in the pill..

lol looks like some people here with some serious issues, i broke my neck two and a half years ago and only used half a rx of norco and have been living with over the counter meds since with some 5/325 percocet for the days i cant move... lets not forget people that pain has a reason.... it means dont do whatever your doin when it hurts...

i just got hydrocodone after my surgey..its didnt do shit for me either. just made me dizzy. so one day i smoked some weed after taking my dose and that surely did the trick. i felt awesome for about 3 hours before its started to hurt again.

im not suggesting you should light up some weed but it did help for me
