Not reading this all because I'm guessing half of it will be people bragging about how many of "drug X" they have taken at once.

Don't OD on pills. If you take the prescribed dosage and it does not work, go back to your doctor for something else.

Drugs work differently for people due to bodies chemistry being different. hydrocodone, does zilch for me nor does it help my sister. Darvacet (sp) on the other hand owns me after just half a pill. Go talk to your doctor, take him the old pills so he doesn't think your a junkie and get something else.

Yeah, I wasn't saying he didn't, just pointing out that you don't have to die to be qualified as an "overdose". Lots of people think that, which just blows my mind. lol

I agree that if you take your leftover pills to your doc to show him you're not just selling them or abusing them, he might be more willing to prescribe you something else. I know I would.

hydromorphone is the creme dela creme of pain killers also anamorph they are the shit mate i broke my back about 8 years back and have been on and off evey opioid based drug known to man and the one that takes the pain away is a mix of hydromorphone or DALAUDID 8mg and anamorph or oxycodone 30 mg thats all folks if you can still fell pain after that you are a heroin addict and sholudent use drugs cause drugs are bad mmmkay

also agree with this as ive been on an of this mery go round for 8 years guys i tell you its hard having to take pills every single day of yourlife just so you dont end up in a wheel chair from falling because you leg gives out from pain

Im fine, i slept good! lol, and yeah i dislocated one hip, and did something to the other, idk what.

I don't mess with painkillers much anymore..at least I don't take them for more than a few days at a time. I've found that afterwards, I feel generally crappy for a couple days. Add to it waking up the next morning with an asprin hangover. Percocet/Hydros used to be my drug of choice. I switched over to Tramadol which had better effects, but only when taken in higher doses of 5 or more. Moved off Tramadol after it began to make me sick for several days after binges. From there, I moved on to Aderal, which I generally like, and can tolerate well. Usually 15-20mg is enough to keep me feeling good all day. OC's just **** me up in general, and I'm very careful regarding dosage. Usually half a OC 40 will put me in the zone. Oh, and btw..I only ever did any of this stuff maybe a couple time a month.

Ok so yesterday i was being stupid and i threw my lower back out, and dislocated both my hips, major ouchies. I get a prescription to hydrocodone, 550 mg. Im bored, and in extreme pain, so i take 3. Wait 40 minutes, still hurting take 2 more. hour goes by, i dont feel any effect, i think im dying, so i figure what the hell, i crush two up and consume them thru the nasal passages... Its been two hours, i feel absolutely no effect at all, and im still in pain. What the hell? I heard all kinds of hype about this shit.

hydrocodone is just for people who cant handle the man's drug, and by that I mean heroin

Ummm ok... there's more to this story. Anyways, hope you don't end up having to get a hip replacement in a year or so, as is pretty common in people who have previously dislocated their hip.

Do pills ferment or go bad over time? I'm still on my first bottle of Loratab from 07/06. I just keep them around in case I get hurt and don't want to go to the doc.
