huge wiring question

8 single 8-ohm's in parallel is 1-ohm. My theory is that you have to have a set of every other x * 2 to make a 1 ohm load. 8 8-ohms, (skip 16), 32 8-ohms, (skip 64), 128 ohms, etc.

So 120 8-ohms into 1 ohm would not work. 128 would though.
