HU wire harness iso

Question. For purpose of this question i will use brand name Dual radios.

Now per iso standards, does back hu wiring harness radio signal pinouts remain the same for all radios they make?

For instance if i buy a dual radio yet radio breaks can i use the old radio wiring harnes in a different dual radio?
