HU to play DVD audio disks

I have a Pioneer Premier 960MP HU and I have a DVD burner at home. I want to be able to burn a disk with 4.7gb worth of songs on one disk and be able to play it in my HU...is this possible (I dont think it is). If not, what HUs will allow me to do this? I can get alpine cheap so if they make good desks that do this, I would like to stick with them.

I pulled an android unit out for a Heigh10. Regret the hell outta that. Android unit is SOLIDLY mounted. Heigh10...not so much. Bounces more than...
