hu remount???

alright im sick of my hu being in the stock location.

i just built a center console out of fiberglass would it be a bad idea to mount it there facing at the roof of my car or is there anyother ways to remount my hu not in the stock location

you may run into issues with the CD function. it mayb not like to read them at that severe of an angle, may be more prone to skipping, may not eject them. i have seen all the problems with console mounted players.

i was reading about how to move the face plate away from the hu it self sound i mount the hu in the glovebox and put my faceplate somewhere else or is that a bad idea also?
