HU recomendations

well i have a 9815 and im getting bored of it, i really dont care what is next in line just nice any suggestions on a good HU that will be better then this one? what i really like is Subout, Bass and Fade control that was nice on my panasonic HU, and high Volt output for amp. im looking to spend prob 300$ since i will trade mine or just sell it
