Kenwood KDC-MP728 Vs Kenwood KDC-MP7028 Differences???

hi guys been out the audio scene for a while, but i´m back in the market for a HU I was looking at this two but they look almost the same.. can someone tell me the differences?

In case of other suggestions, i¨m looking for a HU under $200 with 4v preouts... it´s hard but there are some in the market...
