whats the difference between a deck with preamp 4 volts and one thats 2 volts? and which one is beter to have 2 volts or 4 volt?

im looking at this one which is 4 volots:

idk what it means but better quality HU and sound quality oriented HUs tend to have higher voltage pre outs.

more voltage is better, as the gain's on the amps will be a little lower. if you gain match them as you should do.

i would pick the pioneer .

I would see if you could get it cheaper somewhere else though Crutchfield is great but a little expnsive though they do give you the dash kit for free and the antenna thingy. I got mine thru their outlet section for sale.

i was also going to out sonic, they have them for good prices and you know your dealing with a legit company

i like Crutchfield but there prices are expensive. i do a lot of shopping from sonic. they have good prices.
