HU not playing CD's or ipod

Alpine 9884, its playing the radio just fine, detects CD's and my ipod, but no sound when it plays. This happen to anyone else before?

i think it says on top of almost every deck which color wire is what blue = remote and blue with white stripe = power antenna

usually other way around.. atleast my last few decks

i could have it switched iunno but im guessing this is his problem

would work i suppose if he hooked both wires up.. if he didn't then he has some weird problems

it most likely is.. idk the output for the power antenna supply but would guess it would be enough to turn on an amp

from the back of the headunit find where you connected your remote wire going to you amps switch it to the other wire whether it be blue white or just solid blue

what he said.. find what you thought was the power antenna from your deck and hook it to the remote from your amp.. and what you thought was the remote to your antenna.. it should say whats what on the wires..
