I've been looking at 2 separate things, getting an mp3 player, and getting a new HU.
1.) I want to get a subscription based music service, ie zune, rhapsody, etc. since everything i've read says you can't connect through USB for the zune's, I figured I'd look at maybe a samsung, sony, etc.
2.) I want to be able to control the mp3 player through the HU using USB. All the manufacturers say they can control ipods, but I don't see anything about other mp3 players except the generic "portable players" statement.
Has anyone had any experience using any other portable mp3 players besides an ipod or zune? I see alot of people have used USB memory sticks or harddrives, I would think the concept would be the same.
