Rather go with 2 18's and build it up to the window line, but that's just me.

the fact that you want it as a daily driver and its so many subs, id tune to 29. theres no need to tune that high and that way it will still sound sweet and have sick lows yet it will still be VERY loud, cause the higher you tune, the peaker the bass will be. will you hit 145, you might, but no one can say for sure. theres too many factors. my buddy is running 2 10" RE RE's, theyre nice, sweet sounding subs, thats for sure.

i had my RE HC in 3.6 tuned to 29, the bass in the 30-50 range was loud but it was real yummy under 30hz, and thats when things get fun

if u cant break a 145 with 8 subs, then something is very wrong.

i would def get at least 1500wrms, those res can take more than rated.
