How would a 12" Eclipse TI sound in a 1.4cu. sealed enclosure?

Working on another install, and have access to a box this size. Do these bad boys require more? Plan to run a 500/1 JL on this due to minimul amp mounting space.

Err that's a bit small IMO, usually you want like 1.7 to 2.0 for a sealed box for the Ti, keep in mind that the subwoofer basket is gonna take up air volume too.

If you really have to use that box then stuff one pound of polyfill(pillow stuffings) per cubic foot in that bish and it should sound decent enough to get by.

Use Acousta-stuf. It's low bass in a bag.
