How to wire dls up6 + dls ultimate A3?

I got these components about a year and a half ago with the amp. The guy who did the installation must have wired it wrong because it sounded horrible and the gain on the amp was all the way up (he told me oh they are SQ speakers so they arent very loud) SQ was the last thing they were, they didnt sound good at all! Plus the factory center channel in my car was louder then the components, something was wrong. My friend took everything out and I was going to sell them but I decided on putting them back in and doing it the right way. How do I wire them correctly?

Wiring is pretty straight forward... Left set to left channel, right set to right channel.

Set the HPF to ~80hz and set your gains with a DMM
