I bought one of these off ebay and the instruction manual does not really explain how to use it.It has one probe not two like a dmm and a grounding clip on it.To set my gains on an amp do i put the probe on the positive speaker terminal and the ground on the negative terminal or do i leave the ground clip off and only put the probe on the positive speaker terminal of the amp. Turn my head unit up to my highest listen level 3/4 or below.Put on 1000hz test tone and start turning up my gain until the sine wave start showing clipping and backit off to none clip signal.If anyone has one of these or know how to use it any help is appreciated.
