How to turn Kenwood preouts on?

Got a DNX8120, and cant get the sub to work, I heard that you had to turn these on, tried standby mode and still cant figure out what to look for since most options are not highlighted

page 64, looks like you access it from the audio control menu. You have to select the sub size.

Also it shows you have to press the SRC button and then touch the icon with the wrench on it to access the audio set up screen. Hope this helps

no output at all? It also says that you cannot access that menu in dual zone. What ever it is its probable something simple. Let us know what happens

I read the maual, and all, still nothing, also have a hiah amp that works fine, I think the sub preouts are not good, I dont know what else to do, never had this happen to me before, it has to be the HU since i put the amp and sub in a diff truck and it worked no problem
