How to: Stop your box from sliding around

I was searching around the other day because I'm one of those trunk guys that has had the infamous "box sliding in trunk" problem with many set ups. I was reading how guys were saying bolt it down, strap it etc...but some of us can do that.

Well I've got the perfect solution...skate board grip tape. That b!tch isn't going anywhere once you put that on the bottom. You can push on it hard to move it and won't budge unless it's lifted upwards. My box is about 120 lbs. with the subs in it and moves like an ice skater when you turn corners at even low speeds before the grip tape.

"Senseless" information...I know...but I was pretty stoked at how well it works.

Just wanted to let people who have the same problem know.

That is all.

between the vibrations of the box and enough gforces from turns itll start to slowly move and slide.

buy an L bracket and bolt that ****er to the frame in a few spots. make sure what you drill through doesn't have import shit on the other side....like a gastank....

or from a leftover sheet of mdf get something that fits into one spot and doesnt move, and fasten the box to that.

or find spots in the frame to wedge the box up against and also use mounting brackets like mentioned above
