How to secure my box to the back of the seat ??

I need help on building the box a few questions here.

1. what kind of bolts can i use to attach the front to the back of the walls any type in particular?

2. Any silicone wo rubberize the carpeted back rest?

3. In order to prevent the woofer to hit the opening since the opening will not be 12" how do you countersink the sub in?

4. What can i use to insulate the carpeted portion as seen in the pic prior to putting the MDF wall??

5. What do you folks use to cut the bottom part of the wood in angle?

Any suggestions?

probably some long bolts, to run through and screw down.
