How to: Resize Pics

I've wondered, and tried.

I need to learn how to resize pictures. The digital camera I have takes HUGE pictures.

They are always around 1-1.5mb when uploaded.

Somebody give me a breif tutorial over how to do it easily?

I don't have adobe photoshop either, any free programs I can use?

uhh.. Paint? lol yea just open the picture in paint and goto Image... Stretch/Skew... then in the first boxes beside Horizontal and Vertical type in whatever percentage you want it reduced by.. (Ex. 50% H by 50% V will make the picture half its original size)
