i think it really is gonna be about how efficient the box is. and what size btl's ? i dunno about on music but it seems from the setups ive seen its about 20kw and like 4 18s to do a 160 on a tone

Never seen that before. Were you wanting to do tradition iso loading the the sub cones firing at each other, or with one sub in front of another with woofers firing in the same direction?
