When I first got here I was also retarded about this.

OK I'm still retarded...har har

When you are posting, click the "insert image" icon.

Then use a "direct link" to the image. Only direct links to

images will work. Alternately you can surround the direct

link with

Usually direct links can be found under "advanced linking" or something like

that when the image is hosted.
