How to hook it up?

Ok I just got a pac lc2 bass controller from a friend and i cant find instructions for it anywhere. Also does anybody know what the pre amp voltage from this would be since it ties into speaker lines...

There are 6 wires coming out of the back but idk what in the heck they go to...
