How do you figure out the amount of 'space' you have to work with in your trunk or behind your back seat like I have? I want to do two 18's but have been told I don't have enough room but there does not seem to be a way to actually tell me how much room I have.

P.S. I am trying to fit two 18" BTLs and I am pushing 2000 MOFSET watts at each one.

Because without MAJOR modification, I can't think of ONE single trunk car that'll easily have enough room for TWO 18's...

I'm working on getting one 18 in my grand am, and I'm at the verge of glassing my spare tire well and using that as some volume too...

I DO NOT HAVE A TRUNK I HAVE A HATCH CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO FIGURE OUT HOW MUCH ROOM I NEED. I THINK I NEED ABOUT 9ft FOR 2 18's BTL's

1. You don't have enough space.

2. Your Pyramid amp does not do 4000 watts man. You will end up clipping the hell out of that signal and burning up any subs you buy.

what are MOSFET watts?

anyhow you measure bru, BTL's need 6-10 cubes ported (Plus the port) PER SUB

thats 12-20 cubic feet.......plus the port.

6 per will work if you have a lot of power, which you do not.

He has a Pyramid amp but he says it's the new one that does rated power because it uses MOSFETS

lol they started using mosfet in like 1975

Dayton would be a really nice choice as well as the SQL. I would look at a R. Sounds sub too https://www.resilientsounds.com/product-page/gold-15...
