how to find frequency of a enclosure

I'm trying to find out what the frequency of my box is the dimensions are 32Wx13.5Hx16.75D, 5/8 in thick and the port is about 12.5 tall, 3 3/8 wide and the board that separates the port is 15in deep and between 1/4-3/8 in thick. I know the box is not big enough but want to know what the tuning of it is. Does stuffing it with pollyfill really help?

you could ask it nicely for the frequency - does it flex like crazy with 5/8" wood or what?
