How to configure Alpine R-A90S amp.. lost

I have the following I will be installing:

Head unit: Sony XSPN1BT

AMP: Alpine R-A90S

Front door speakers: Alpine 30MC and SPR-50C
No rear speakers

Subwoofer: Alpine SWR-8D4

Looked over the manual a crazy number of times and still confused as how to connect the head unit to the amp though more so is what settings on the amp I should use, etc. please help!

was told I needed a (or similar) Soundstream PROX4.1 which I bought but it brought even more questions and confusion!

Also have a Alpine MRV-v500 amp I could use...

The radio should have RCA outputs on the backside. Front and Rear, you will connect those to the RCA inputs on the amp, Front and Rear. That is the music signal. The radio has a blue wire labeled "Remote", that will go to the amp's Remote screw. It turns on the amp. No other gadgets are needed to make it work. If that is not what you were asking, do reply. We can figure it out.

more so is what settings on the amp I should use, etc.

For now, turn down Gains (counterclockwise usually). Turn off all Filters.
