There is a $20 administrative fee for this a lot of work on the admins side to do this. You can paypal Spider Monkey $20 and he will ensure your request is routed through the correct channels.

Probably your best bet. There is an automatic detection software in place that checks your IP to make sure people dont have 2 accounts. If you do, it automatically IP bans you, and then you cant get on at all.

Dont make a second account, these guys are just trying to get you banned. As Toasted said, best way is to talk to Spider Monkey about purchasing the name change.
