how to build box in trunk?

I've seen boxes that had to have been built in the trunk of a car for them to fit. I need to build a box in my trunk to fit my 2 15's in a ported box (dotn wanan go sealed). Can someone give me some tips on how to go about building a box inside of a trunk? the only boxes iv ever built iv made outside and then put in.

Do i use only glue and no screws? How do i keep the wood where it is? etc. Thanks.
