How much would I get here?

I don't really get how do the ohms work, lets say I have this amp

and wanted to hook it up and this sub how much would I get? 300 watts?

Spec for amp

150 watts RMS x 1 at 4 ohms (300 watts x 1 at 2 ohms)

Spec for Sub

12" subwoofer with dual 4-ohm voice coils

Your choices with one Dual 4 ohm sub are 8 or 2.

You can wire the sub to two ohms and your amp will provide 300 watts.

CVR12 2 ohms dual voice coil does that mean I have a 4 ohms speaker?

no... you have a dual 2 ohm speaker... which can be wired to a 4 OR a 1 ohm final load, by either wiring the coils in parallel or series.

a "4 ohm speaker" would be just that... one coil at 4 ohms.
