I will have components in the front and coaxial in the back. The amp is a 4channel and will be in the trunk.

I drive a 95 240sx

Also I am assuming the wire I use for my speakers can be used as a remote turn on wire since they are just wires correct?

I will most likely be using 16 gauge wire since that seems standard.

What quality brands are there that I can get for a good price? Assuming wire quality makes a difference. Would I be ok with just using anything from Rockford, Kicker, or Tsunami?

i drive a camaro and i used less than 30 feet for my four channel. coaxials as well. i got 67ft of speaker wire left if your interested. its 16 gauge monster cable. PM me if interested

figure 20ft per front speaker, and 10ft for each rear speaker. you want enough to route the wire out of the way, and that routing can eat up length quick. it mostly depends on your amp location.

where are the crossovers going? if you put the crossovers by the amp, then you need to double your front speaker wiring. if you put the crossovers up front (glove box) then you save wire length.

I like to have a 100ft roll of speaker wire on hand for a full install. 50ft usually gets used up too quick. 75ft is usually plenty.

I was thinking of putting the crossovers in the door.

I bought a 100ft roll of 14g. and have used the rest from time to time adding more speakers???You never know when you may need more wire?? May be cheaper bye the spool . rather than buying by the ft??????
