how much should this cost?

I live in the bay area and needed some advice as far as what it should cost to build a box for

3 12" IDQ subs facing seat behind 3rd row of escalade w/ a cadillac logo w/ matching carpet

and install of 4 vizualogic headrest.

The guy quoted me out at 350 at first, but raised his price 400 b/c he said it was a lot of work... fawken bs!

anyways, I was just wondering if yall could give me some input, is this cheap, too much?

BTY, this doesn't include wiring to amps
