How much power can a dcon 12 safely handle?

The DCon lineup is rated at 300 rms. Would it be a big deal to run about 400 rms to one in a custom built to spec ported box tuned around 33 hz?

You should be fine... The Dcon's along with the rest of SSA's sub line is underrated. Just watch the clipping and you'll be good to go.
