How much louder?

Alright I have a MB Quartz onx 1.2000D amp, ported box, one sundown sa12" woofer. I am wanting to add another sa 12" and put them in a ported box aswell. Am I going to be happy with how much louder another 12" sub will be? Ive heard they will slam but im not totally convinced I wanna buy another.

So I'm gonna assume your first SA is a d4 and you're running the amp at 2 ohms? And when you add the 2nd you'll be at 1 ohms? If so then yes you will see an increase in output.

Now if your first SA is a d2 and you're running the amp at 1 ohm, and you add another d2 and wire it to 2 ohms, then you may or may not see an increase in output

No, Its a sa 12" d2 but Ive got it wired at 4ohm's.

Then you'd be doubling your cone area and your amp would be putting out more power. I don't think you'll regret buying another one whatsoever, I think you'll see a big difference in output.
