How much is too much?

Im looking at a blown amp, identical to mine, that Im interested in buying. The problem is, he wants $100 for it. Its an alpine MRV-1507. Its pretty simple inside, so I think I could fix it... but is the price too high?

Drop it down a little more, its not too bad...What is wrong with it?

Judging by the ad, which says he was running 3 type-r's off of it, and that were were a few burnt "chips on the side of the amp"... I would say its MOSFETs
