How much have you spent on car audio since starting out?

At first i was gonna say maybe 1500 or so, then i got to thinking all the stuff i used to buy back in the day... I'm sure I'm well over 5k over the years.

How much i've spent? Probably around 2k considering I started barley a year ago. I don't like to say exactly that I lost that money though. Normally I end up making a lot more money off of car audio rather than losing, from flipping stuff and doing builds etc. I'm sure its the same story with a lot of people here.

Back when I used to fly I thought about adding it all up. Then I decided it would depress me. I feel as if car audio would be the same way. 13 years and I switch up on average every year. Never with top of the line but not cheap either. I would imagine 25-30 k

ya over 16 years i cant imagine. I know one summer for comps i spent about $6-7k, and have about $3-4k worth of stuff right now. With all the other years id have to say on a conservative side $50k +.
